Black Bean And Chickpea Salsa Recipe

Looking for a healthy gameday snack to share with friends and family? Here is one that is delicious and will not break your New Years resolution:

Black Bean and Chick Pea Salsa

3 large tomatoes, diced

1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

1 can chick peas, drained and rinsed

1 yellow bell pepper, seeds removed and diced

1 jalapeno, finely chopped

4 Tbsp olive oil

4 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

7-10 sprigs of cilantro, stems removed and chopped

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and toss together. Serve with tortilla ships, Beanito chips, sweet potato chips, or another chip of your choice. Roll Tide!
